Refund Policy

Users are only allowed one account per person. Any accounts duplicated or associated or believed to be linked to the refund request user deemed and may void the refund request if a previous subscription exists for the service.

Datacenter Proxies Refund Policy

Customers are only eligible for a refund if a payment is made via the Paypal, Stripe or Razorpay Merchant System (Credit Cards).

Subscriptions paid for on Stripe or Razorpay on a non-recurring basis.

Trial Pack – As this is a trial, there are strictly no refunds on this subscription.

Refunds will be issued if you, the customer, are unhappy with their Datacentre Proxy subscription if the customer cancels their subscription and requests a refund within 72 hours of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued to any person who has previously subscribed to or had a free or paid trial (including 3 Day Trial) of any Datacentre Proxy Subscription. This includes current and old accounts.

If your refund is approved, access to your proxy subscription will cease immediately (cancellations with no refund will have access until the end of the current billing period).

We do offer pro-rata refunds for upgrades and some changes to subscriptions. This is done via our helpdesk support@proxyseva.com

How to cancel the subscription and claim your refund

To cancel the subscription and claim your refund log in to your customer panel and submit a support ticket or email support@proxyseva.com from your billing/account email address.
